The production line with an annual output of 100 tons of high-performance silicon nitride ceramics is located in the Science Park of Sinoma High tech Materials Co., Ltd. in Zibo High tech Zone. The total investment of the project is 226 million yuan, which is divided into two phases. The first phase investment is 118 million yuan. The main products are silicon nitride ceramic bearing balls, silicon nitride substrates for electric vehicles, and silicon nitride insulation composite components for solar polycrystalline silicon reduction furnaces, It has great application prospects in high-end equipment, electric vehicles, wind power, photovoltaic solar energy, precision casting and other fields. At the same time, silicon nitride ceramic material is also a key material for military supporting, and plays an irreplaceable role in aerospace bearings, new generation ceramic wave transmitting materials, high-power ceramic substrates, etc. After the completion of the project, it will become a platform for military civilian integration and development, making contributions to China's emerging industries and national defense construction.
