1、 Structure composition of RWET series microwave/electrothermal high-temperature pusher kiln:

RWET series microwave/electric high temperature pusher kiln mainly includes main pusher system, auxiliary pusher system, feed airtight silo, feed chamber, microwave suppressor, electric auxiliary preheating heating zone, microwave heating and insulation zone, slow cooling zone, quench zone, discharge airtight silo, discharge section, furnace tube system, temperature preservation system, cooling water system, microwave source system, atmosphere system, air cooling system It is composed of exhaust system, electric control system, temperature control system, frame shield, external circulation plate return line and kiln furniture.

2、 Working mode of RWET series microwave/electric high temperature pusher kiln:

1. The conventional electric heating (silicon molybdenum bar) mode can be adopted, with the power of 36kw (24kw+12kw) and the maximum gao temperature of 1600 ℃;

2. Conventional electric heating+can be used microwave heating Mode, power 42kw (24kw+18kw), maximum gao temperature up to 1600 ℃;

3. Pure microwave heating mode can be adopted, with power of 18kw and maximum gao temperature of 1600 ℃;

3、 Technical requirements for RWET series microwave/electrothermal high-temperature pusher kiln:

1. Microwave and silicon molybdenum bar do not interfere with each other, and the service life of silicon molybdenum bar in microwave field is not less than 3 months.

2. Microwave leakage intensity:<2mW/cm2.

1. The furnace body is horizontally arranged, and the propelling system pushes the materials forward. The burned materials go through the process of low temperature preheating, high temperature sintering, slow cooling, heat preservation and cooling. In the whole process, the utilization rate of heat energy is high and the loss is small. Therefore, the equipment has good energy-saving effect.

2. Asymmetrical distribution microwave heater can be used for heating to obtain more uniform temperature field.

3. According to the process requirements, the advance time can be adjusted to the shortest, so as to improve the production efficiency of the equipment.

4. Full automatic propulsion mode can greatly reduce labor intensity.

5. The structure and measures to prevent microwave leakage are adopted at each interface of the furnace body, which can ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

6. Alarm can be given in case of failure of pushing plate circulation system.

7. The temperature uniformity is ± 10 ℃.
