Equipment quality assurance: the equipment quality assurance period is one year (from the date when the equipment is put into operation).
Service commitment:
1) After the contract is signed, Party A has the right to propose supplementary requirements due to changes in standards and procedures;
2) Party B promises to start after-sales service from the date of equipment installation acceptance or operation;
3) After sales service period: The after-sales service period starts from the date of equipment acceptance. After sales service period includes warranty period and quality maintenance period;
4) Warranty period: one year from the date of equipment acceptance;
5) Quality maintenance period: after the warranty period, it will enter into the quality maintenance period by itself. The maintenance period is lifelong maintenance;
6) After sales services include: technical training services; Fault handling service; Technical consulting services; Spare parts service;
7) Response time: Party B shall send personnel to the site within 24 hours after receiving the equipment operation failure information;
