On the same day, Zhengzhou Huajing Diamond Co., Ltd. signed a sales contract with Hunan Zhongsheng Thermal Energy Technology Co., Ltd. for two sets of microwave plate pushing kiln equipment, which is a high-temperature plate pushing kiln equipment officially put into production by Hunan Zhongsheng Thermal Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in the diamond industry, representing Hunan Zhongsheng Thermal Energy Technology Co., Ltd Microwave equipment Breakthrough in diamond industry.

Zhengzhou Huajing Diamond Co., Ltd. has been looking for new equipment that can improve quality, save energy and reduce loss for the production of new superhard materials. In the first half of 2013, it was a chance to learn about the carbon thermal reduction of microwave for mineral processing and ilmenite; After the role of carbon thermal reduction, pyrophyllite drying, diamond impurity removal and other fields and industries in the synthetic diamond industry, we contacted Hunan Zhongsheng Thermal Energy Technology Co., Ltd., which was listed in the 2013 National Key Energy Saving Technology Promotion Catalog (the fifth batch) of the National Development and Reform Commission because of the "industrial microwave/electric hybrid high temperature heating furnace technology" at that time.

Through the joint discussion of test parameters by both parties, Zhengzhou Huajing Diamond Co., Ltd. directly purchased two sets of microwave push plate kilns for carbon thermal reduction of graphite column and catalyst after finding out the specific production process in many tests. The technical backbone of our company went to Zhengzhou to organize the installation and commissioning on site and the one-time commissioning was successful.
