The temperature measuring port is used to measure the sintering temperature of materials; The exhaust port is used to discharge the volatile water in the furnace when drying the furnace; The material absorbs microwave energy and keeps the temperature constant to achieve ideal roasting effect. This section of control mainly maintains the stability of temperature by adjusting the power of microwave source.
3. Air cooling suppression section
It is mainly composed of furnace body, microwave suppressor, temperature measuring port, cooling air duct, etc. The temperature measuring port is used to measure the instant cooling temperature of materials. There is no insulation material in this furnace section. When materials enter this furnace section and move, the cooling air will blow to the materials, so that the materials can be cooled quickly.
4. Rack and shield
The rack is mainly used for support, and the material is carbon steel paint. The cover is made of fluorocarbon aluminum plate, light in weight, beautiful in appearance and corrosion resistant.
5. Automatic external circulation conveying system
It is composed of kiln inlet machine, kiln outlet machine, 90 º turning machine and plate return line.
