With the support and help of the company's leaders The first management training course in 2022 has been successfully completed. The purpose of this training is to improve the personal leadership and management level of managers, communicate effectively with employees, improve work efficiency, create a harmonious working atmosphere, create team consistency, and improve the management level of the company. The training is summarized as follows:
1. The training course was divided into seven classes. Participants were organized to sign in at the meeting. The average number of participants per session was 14. Most of the personnel above the supervisor level participated in the training (some of them went on business to listen to the tape), and a few grass-roots employees participated, which basically met the target requirements.
2. During the training process, most of the staff can concentrate on the class, and some of them can actively interact with the lecturer in class.
3. After the first training session, 11 participants published their training experience and have been praised in the training class.
4. In this training, five training activists were selected according to their participation and classroom interaction, and they were praised and rewarded. Each of them can get a prize for this training. I hope other employees can learn from excellent colleagues, cherish the training opportunities, and strive to improve themselves.
5. Through this training, we realized some shortcomings in the training. In the future training, we can increase the assessment of some training, innovate the training form, improve the interest of employees in training, so that employees can consciously participate in learning, truly apply what they have learned, and improve the training effect.
