Heating elements are arranged up and down in the electric heating roller kiln tunnel for heating, the temperature of each temperature zone is set according to the process, and the charging bowl is continuously transported on the roller bar.

Main structure of equipment
Kiln body, temperature zone, heating system, air inlet and exhaust system, fire-resistant insulation structure, furnace body structure, furnace body transmission system and temperature control system.
1. Fire resistant insulation structure
( 1) The furnace structure and furnace material shall be specially designed according to the material burning process.
( 2) The furnace is made of high-quality mullite brick+light mullite brick and fiber cotton. Anti corrosion, good heat insulation effect, small heat capacity, energy conservation and environmental protection. The furnace roof is of arch structure to ensure the uniformity of high temperature field.
2. Furnace structure
Main frame of furnace body: welded by sections and plates, fabricated in sections, assembled on site, convenient for transportation and removal.
Heating element: High temperature resistance wire is used for horizontal heating up and down. The ceramic protective tube shall be coated to avoid the corrosion of volatile matter.
Contact sealing between roller and furnace body: the gap between both sides of roller and furnace body is sealed with fiber cotton.
Feeding table and discharging table: they are installed at both ends of the kiln body, and the feeding and discharging roller tables are connected to the kiln body with bolts.
