1、 Overview

The microwave high temperature and high vacuum experimental furnace is a standardized and multi-functional microwave high temperature experimental equipment, which is mainly used in the high vacuum and high temperature sintering, research and development, low temperature treatment and small batch production of various materials in colleges and universities, research institutes, enterprises and institutions, technology research and development centers and other units. In particular, it can provide more precise atmosphere control for sample experiments that are susceptible to atmosphere pollution. 4、 Performance characteristics

1. The dual micro wave source is used to feed energy, the microwave field in the furnace cavity is uniform and stable, and there is no hot spot inside the sintered product;

2. Equipped with two-stage vacuum unit and two-way atmosphere control system, it can provide high vacuum or fine atmosphere conditions for sample experiments;

3. Microwave output power is stepless adjustable to achieve accurate temperature control curve;

4. Imported high-precision infrared thermometer is used to directly measure the sample temperature;

5. Two sets of operating systems, namely touch screen and PC unit, are adopted to facilitate user data processing, and provide manual and automatic operation modes and can be switched freely;

6. It can process various materials with different microwave characteristics, with good versatility;

7. A corrosion resistant exhaust channel is provided to rapidly discharge the gas generated in the heating process;

8. Real time temperature curve display, realizing dynamic monitoring of heating process;

9. Safe and reliable: equipped with industrial water-cooled microwave source system, which can be used 24 hours without interruption. The microwave leakage value of the equipment system is far lower than the national standard (only equivalent to the radiation level when using mobile phones). It has its own microwave leakage prevention alarm device and safety lock. When the microwave exceeds the standard, the microwave source can be cut off automatically or manually.

       1. Preparation of functional materials: sintering of neodymium ferrite, strontium, barium ferrite, Mn Zn Ni Zn ferrite, gyromagnetic ferrite and other ceramic magnetic materials;
