On September 21, 2017 Hunan Africa Local Industry Cooperation Matchmaking Conference was grandly opened in Changsha, focusing on agricultural development and connectivity with the theme of China Africa local government cooperation. Envoys from 20 African countries, including Ethiopia, South Africa and Nigeria, ministerial officials and local state and provincial representatives will be invited to attend.

This event is the third consecutive year that Hunan has held a large-scale economic and trade event with Africa. It is an important measure for Hunan to actively integrate into the national "Belt and Road" initiative, respond to the "ten major cooperation plans" between China and Africa, and implement the development strategy of "innovation leading, opening up and rising", which will further promote economic and trade cooperation and friendly exchanges between Hunan and Africa. This industrial docking covers 11 categories, including engineering contracting, engineering machinery, rail transit, agriculture, mining, finance, and new energy, forming 10 advantageous industrial clusters, including engineering machinery, electronic information and new materials, petrochemical industry, automobile and parts, lead zinc carbide, and deep processing.

Hunan Province Zhongsheng Thermal Energy Science and Technology Co., Ltd. actively responded to the call of the state and was invited to participate in the "2017 Hunan Africa Local Industry Cooperation Matchmaking Conference". By taking the opportunity of "China Africa Ten Cooperation Plans" and "Three Networks and One Modernization" in Africa, it achieved breakthroughs in key projects in the key national key field of "energy and power". Mr. Xu Zhuyao, the general manager and technical director of the company, together with international friends from the Republic of Kenya, the Republic of Congo, the Kingdom of Lesotho and other countries, discussed the practical application of industrial microwave/electric hybrid high-temperature heating furnace technology in energy and power. With continuous interaction and exchanges, the two sides gradually deepened their understanding and expanded their consensus. The industrial microwave/electric hybrid high temperature heating kiln technology was successfully connected with the development needs of the Republic of Kenya and the Republic of Congo.

On September 21, the main event conference, two thematic forums on agricultural development and connectivity, three rounds of cross-border matchmaking between Chinese and African industrial and commercial enterprises and other activities were arranged in turn throughout the day.

The "Hunan Africa Commodity Festival" held in the same period will be held in Changsha Red Star International Convention and Exhibition Center from September 21 to 24, with an exhibition scale of 12000 square meters. It is divided into five areas, namely, Hunan Africa cooperation achievements exhibition area, African countries exhibition area, Changsha exhibition area, Hunan prefecture exhibition area and negotiation and rest area. It mainly displays African agricultural products, culture and art, clothing, coffee Handicrafts, as well as Hunan's agricultural deep-processing products, agricultural science and technology, agricultural means of production, agricultural machinery, agricultural infrastructure construction, agricultural energy, agricultural services, etc.
