At the end of September 2018, our company participated in the promotion project of energy conservation and emission reduction of ChemChina Group - energy-saving technology transformation project of fluoropolymer drying system of Zhonghao Chenguang Chemical Research Institute Co., Ltd. After the field investigation on the project site, we went to communicate with Party A's technical personnel and business team for many times to understand Party A's specific needs for the bidding equipment. We did a lot of tests on Party A's materials before processing, and through a series of tests, we fully demonstrated our company's comprehensive strength to Party A. Finally, we won the bid with a contract amount of 10.96 million yuan!
This project relies on the 2500 t/a polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion resin device in the production base of Zhonghao Chenguang Chemical Research Institute Co., Ltd. It is proposed to use microwave continuous drying technology to replace the existing oven drying, and implement energy-saving transformation on the post-treatment system of this device, so as to achieve an overall technical solution.
The project includes polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion resin microwave drying , PTFE dispersion resin defluorooctanoic acid, low-temperature packaging, automatic packaging system, automatic stacking system, automatic labeling system, truly realizing full automatic unmanned operation.
